After this the client will be provided with the number for the Budgeting Support Helpline. The helpline will give the client advice on any of the following five areas:
1. Keeping track of finances (spending diary etc.)
2. Making ends meet (budget planner etc.)
3. Planning ahead (pension information etc.)
4. Education on choosing financial products (different types of bank account etc.)
