Wednesday, 22 July, 2015 - 09:30 - 12:30

Address:
United Kingdom
Who is the course for?

As a mental health carer, we know that things can change quickly and being prepared for life planning can help hugely.

The course is aimed at families/partners/friends who are supporting someone they love who has experienced serious mental illness. Serious mental illness would include such conditions as severe depression, bi-polar disorder, personality disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis or severe anxiety/phobia.

What is about?

CAUSE's short half-day workshop, Planning Ahead for Carers course looks at how you could plan if you worry about a time when you might not be able to care for your family, member, partner or friend as effectively as you support them now.  For full information on what the Planning Ahead for Carers course would cover, click here.

Our next course is running 9.30 am - 12.30 am in Omagh, Wednesday 22nd July 2015. To book your place contact training@cause.org.uk or call 028 90 650 650.
